Bwa_zy I removed mine while I’m vacationing in Hong Kong, if I used my own carrier it would costs a ridiculous amount in international costs. When I can buy a new sim for unlimited for just under $7 a month here in HK.
Xross SweatPantz Make sure you shoot a good azimuth and that you're facing due magnetic north unless it's Tuesday, in which case you must absolutely not get an inaccurate parallax reference from your plumb line and magnetic variation based on geographic location. Account for magnetic deviation from the iPhone's magnetic field. If you don't have a sim card ejector tool, use energy spikes and and quality brass magnet.
where do you get the sim card? do you buy it when you buy the phone? is it cheap? do you have to change it once in a while? sorry for the questions im getting an iphone this christmas and i wanna make sure i get everything right ;)
I bought it from Apple and it already had the SIM card inside. My carrier is Verizon, and Apple sells by carrier. All I did was power it on and set it up. This tutorial is more for people in some countries where the SIM cards are not already in the phone, or for people trying to remove the SIM card themselves. You shouldn't have to do anything.
